Job Summary

Lead complex enterprise presales engagements for Archer’s IRM SaaS platform, shaping solution strategies and acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. Deliver tailored demonstrations and solution presentations aligned to C-level and board priorities, guide clients through technical evaluations (POCs, architecture, integrations, and solution validation), and collaborate with sales, product management, and delivery teams to ensure post-sale continuity. Mentor other Presales Consultants, contribute to go-to-market methodologies, and represent Archer at industry events. Requires ability to speak to audiences (1–100 people) and travel within the assigned territory. Role emphasizes combining technical depth with business acumen to advance Archer’s value proposition in integrated risk management, with a hybrid work arrangement in North Sydney, Australia.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience in integrated risk management (IRM), governance risk and compliance (GRC), or a related discipline
  • Proven experience engaging with senior or executive-level stakeholders in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey both technical and business value
  • Demonstrated leadership in solution design, customer engagement, or technical sales strategy
  • Technical aptitude and hands-on proficiency with SaaS, cloud, and enterprise software environments
