Senior Prequalification Specialist

Job Summary
Coordinate Trade Partner prequalification inquiries, submissions, and outreach efforts to support an engaged Trade Partner base. Administer and maintain the company’s Trade Partner prequalification program, evaluating financial capacity, safety performance, licensing, insurance compliance, and workforce capability. Review submissions for completeness and risk indicators; coordinate internal approvals; maintain a prequalified-partner database by trade, market sector, and project size. Track expirations and renewals and follow up to ensure continuous compliance. Communicate requirements, status updates, and next steps to Trade Partners; monitor and report program performance. Support procurement and preconstruction with bidder list development and Trade Partner vetting for GMP and competitive bids; document qualification decisions for transparency and defensibility; ensure procurement aligns with project requirements and contractual obligations; assist in preparing GMP narratives related to Trade Partner procurement, qualifications, and risk considerations.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in vendor management, prequalification, or a related field
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and responsive customer service approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Monday.com, ConstructConnect, or similar software
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners
