Job Summary
Senior-level role within WorkSafe Victoria's RTW Business Unit focusing on conducting complex reviews of employer objections to premium calculations and related matters, providing authoritative written advice, liaising with employers and internal stakeholders, and supporting RTW programs. The role requires interpreting complex legislation, strong written and oral communication, mentoring and leadership, and experience in presenting/training sessions. The position is full-time, ongoing, located in Geelong with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office).
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in law, economics and/or accounting (including post-graduate studies)
- CPA or CA qualifications
