Job Summary
Conduct virtual and minimal physical audits for Workers Compensation and General Liability policies to verify premium base exposures and ensure accuracy of earned premium risk calculations. Manage assigned regions by utilizing secure digital platforms for remote collaboration, identifying complex policy issues, and validating exposure classifications against regulatory agencies and company procedures. Serve as the primary point of contact for insureds, underwriters, and producers while providing technical guidance and mentorship to lower-level positions. Maintain excellent customer service throughout the audit lifecycle and stay current with manual rules, industry trends, and underwriting endorsements.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of premium audit experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline OR equivalent experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- This role may require a hybrid work schedule in any of our US AmTrust Offices
Desired Qualifications
- Associates in Premium Audit Program (APA) certification preferred OR working towards APA certification
