Job Summary
Actively acquire and prospect Premier Banking Offshore customers, developing and strengthening relationships in accordance with business goals. Manage relationships with affluent customers through professional consultative financial analysis, while contributing to profit and growth targets. Deliver exceptional service, up-sell and cross-sell financial products, and provide market information updates. The role requires minimum 5 years of sales experience in the banking sector, particularly with the affluent segment, and familiarity with the Indonesia/Malaysia market. Successful candidates should also possess a recognized university degree and relevant CMFAS certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the banking and financial services industry
- Experience in managing the affluent segment
- Experience covering the Indonesia / Malaysia market
- Recognised university degree
- Possess CMFAS certification (RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI)
- Sound knowledge of banking products and services
- Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia speaking customers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative and meticulous with independence and teamwork ability
- Initiative and drive to succeed with focus on sales quota and revenue
- Willing to travel for business
