Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker responsible for proactively acquiring and deepening relationships with affluent customers, delivering tailored financial guidance across deposits, lending, investments, and insurance; serve as primary financial partner and coordinate with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to provide integrated multi-product solutions; manage a defined book of business with ongoing reviews, risk and compliance oversight, and guidance through licensing and SAFE registration processes; role emphasizes proactive outreach, discovery-driven conversations, and a customer-centric approach to help clients meet evolving financial goals while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- Successful completion of FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or FINRA equivalents) sufficient for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
- Satisfactory completion of licensing requirements and SAFE registration
- Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
