Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker role focused on growing affluent client relationships and delivering integrated, multi-product financial solutions. Responsibilities include proactively acquiring new affluent customers and expanding existing relationships through strategic outreach and pre-planned appointments; conducting discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and translate them into tailored banking, credit, deposits, lending, and investment strategies; serving as the primary financial partner with ongoing reviews across life stages; coordinating with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to provide holistic guidance; championing digital adoption and self-service options; acting as a branch team advisor on relationship development and risk/compliance; maintaining documentation and adhering to regulations. Pathway provided to transition from LP license to the fully licensed Senior Branch Premier Banker SAFE role, with licensing and regulatory requirements clearly outlined.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
