Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker role focusing on affluent client relationships, lead discovery conversations to tailor multi-product banking strategies (deposits, lending, and investments), and collaborate with Wealth/Home Lending/Business Banking partners to deliver integrated financial solutions. Responsibilities include proactively acquiring new affluent customers, deepening relationships through strategic outreach and pre-planned appointments, providing ongoing reviews and guidance across life stages, championing digital adoption, ensuring risk and compliance through accurate documentation, and supporting branch teamwork to deliver a differentiated customer experience. The position requires licensing in FINRA (Series 6/63 and potentially Series 65) and state insurance licenses, with a pathway from a temporary LP role to full licensure, and a schedule that includes Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s) active or completed within a designated timeframe
