Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) responsible for proactive acquisition and deepening of relationships with affluent customers, delivering tailored multi-product banking guidance across deposits, investments, lending, and home/business banking. Leads discovery-driven conversations, partners with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to coordinate integrated solutions, and conducts ongoing reviews across life stages to meet evolving financial needs. Drives customer satisfaction through proactive outreach, digital education, and adherence to risk and regulatory requirements, with a clear career path from LP to licensed Premier Banker upon licensing completion. Maintains strong risk controls, accurate documentation, and collaboration with branch colleagues to support holistic financial strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience (or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or equivalents) sufficient for immediate FINRA registration
- FINRA licensing requirements including Series 65 where applicable in certain states
- State Insurance license(s) active or completed within designated timeframe
