Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker to proactively acquire affluent consumers and business clients, deepen existing relationships, and deliver tailored banking and credit strategies across deposits, lending, and investments. Serve as the primary financial partner, coordinating with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to provide integrated, multi-product guidance, ongoing reviews, and relationship management for a defined book of business. Role includes proactive outreach, discovery-driven conversations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining risk excellence through accurate documentation, compliance with policies, and timely issue escalation. Requires FINRA Series 6 and 63 (and SIE where applicable), and State Insurance licenses; license requirements may apply within stated timelines. Role entails a schedule that includes most Saturdays and progress toward full licensing and SAFE registration. Applicants should demonstrate strong relationship acumen, effective communication, and the ability to educate customers on self-service and digital banking options. This is a senior-level role with growth opportunities within Wells Fargo's branch network.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
- State Insurance license(s)
- SIE exam (for certain states)
- Securities licensing requirements for continued employment
- SAFE registration requirements at time of employment
- Ability to work Saturdays
