Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker LP at Wells Fargo to proactively acquire and deepen relationships with affluent customers and those with complex financial needs. Owns a defined book of business, delivering integrated banking solutions across deposits, lending, investments, and wealth management. Leads discovery-driven conversations, provides multi-product guidance, coordinates with internal partners, champions digital adoption, and ensures risk and regulatory compliance. The role requires licensing (FINRA 6 and 63, SIE, and state insurance where applicable), weekend schedule compatibility, and ongoing credentialing with licensing and background checks. The position transitions to the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) after licensing completion; LP role is temporary until licensing is completed.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- Successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or equivalents) sufficient for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
- SIE exam may be required for certain states; additional FINRA exams (Series 65/66) may be required depending on state
- Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
- Safeguards for risk and compliance; background checks may apply
