Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker role within Wells Fargo's National Branch Network. Responsible for proactively acquiring new affluent consumer and business customers, deepening existing relationships, and delivering tailored, multi-product banking and credit strategies to meet customer goals. Lead discovery-driven conversations to translate customer goals into comprehensive solutions across deposits, lending, and investments, and partner with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to deliver integrated guidance. Own a defined book of business, drive retention and growth, and champion digital adoption and self-service options to elevate customer satisfaction. Must demonstrate risk excellence through compliant documentation, sound judgment, timely issue escalation, and adherence to policies. The role requires completing licensing requirements (FINRA Series 6 and 63, SIE where applicable, Series 65 in certain states) and State Insurance licensing, with SAFE registration at start of employment; the LP position is temporary until licensing is complete with transition to the licensed banker role.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
