Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker role at Wells Fargo located at Old Ranch Town Center in Seal Beach, CA. Responsible for proactively acquiring new affluent consumer and business customers and deepening relationships through strategic outreach, referrals, and pre-planned appointments. Delivers tailored banking and credit strategies across deposits, lending, and investments; partners with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to provide integrated, multi-product guidance; champions digital adoption and self-service options; maintains risk controls and regulatory compliance; supports ongoing reviews and lifecycle planning for clients; licenses required include FINRA Series 6 and 63 (and SIE where applicable) and State Insurance licenses; role may require completing licensing requirements with potential transition to the licensed Banker program. This is a full-time, salaried position with a pay range of $37.00 to $65.50 per hour, located in Seal Beach, CA, with shifts including Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience (or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
- Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
