Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker in the Northern Ocean District focused on affluent clients with a multi-product approach. Build and deepen relationships through strategic outreach, discovery-driven conversations, and tailored banking, lending, and investment strategies. Serve as the primary financial partner across deposits, lending, and investments, coordinating with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to deliver holistic solutions. Drive client growth, retention, and satisfaction through proactive outreach, digital adoption, and compliant, risk-managed service. Must meet FINRA licensing requirements (Series 6/63; SIE as applicable) and state insurance licenses; role includes a licensing-then-transition path and Saturday availability. The position emphasizes relationship management, risk control, and cross-functional collaboration to provide a differentiated client experience.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
- State Insurance license(s)
- Securities licensing requirements as applicable (SIE knowledge)
- Active license status and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Ability to work Saturdays
- FINRA licenses must be maintained
- Licenses and registrations required for continued employment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience recommending financial products and translating customer goals into clear, actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to proactively source, acquire, and deepen relationships through proactive outreach and building strong internal partnership
- Proven experience managing a book-of-business, documentation of planning conversations, and consistent follow-through to drive retention and growth across deposits, lending, and investments
- Experience coaching or supporting peers to strengthen team performance and customer impact
- Financial services industry experience in consumer, home lending, business banking, or investments
- 3+ years of experience in a licensed financial services position
- Successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
- State Insurance license(s)
- SIE exam knowledge for certain states when applicable
- Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
