Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) at Wells Fargo in Consumer Banking and Lending. In this role, the banker proactively acquires affluent consumer and small business customers, deepens relationships, analyzes customer concerns, and recommends financial options and services. The position includes licensing progression toward SAFE and ongoing regulatory requirements, collaboration with Business Banking Advisory Services, Mortgage, Wealth and Investment Management to meet clients' goals, and guidance to branch colleagues on complex client needs. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
