Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker at Wells Fargo in Laguna Beach. Proactively acquire new affluent consumer and business customers while deepening existing relationships; lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and deliver tailored banking and credit strategies; provide ongoing, multi-product guidance across deposits, lending, and investments; partner with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to deliver integrated solutions; promote digital adoption and self-service options to elevate satisfaction; maintain strong risk controls through accurate documentation and adherence to policies; role includes licensing steps (SAFE, FINRA, and state insurance) with potential transition to the fully licensed Senior Branch Premier Banker role.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience (or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education)
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- Successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s) must be active or completed within a designated timeframe
- Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
