Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker role within Wells Fargo's National Branch Network focused on affluent customers with complex financial needs. You will proactively acquire new affluent consumer and business clients, deepen existing relationships through strategic outreach and pre-planned appointments, and lead discovery-driven conversations to tailor banking and credit strategies. You’ll provide multi-product guidance across deposits, lending, and investments, serve as the primary financial partner for clients across life stages, and collaborate with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to deliver integrated solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating warm introductions, setting expectations, converting qualified opportunities into closed outcomes, championing digital adoption, and maintaining strong risk and compliance through accurate documentation and ongoing reviews. This is a temporary LP role with licensing requirements, transitioning to the fully licensed Senior Branch Premier Banker role upon successful licensing and SAFE registration. The position requires working Saturdays, FINRA licensing (Series 6/63 and potentially Series 65 where applicable), and state insurance licenses. Located at 345 Kings Hwy, Port Charlotte, FL 33983.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- Experience completing Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 6 and Series 63 exams (or recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s) and active licensing
- Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
- Securities and Exchange Commission (SIE) awareness when required for certain FINRA qualifications
- SAFE registration or licensing requirements per state regulations
- Credit/background checks as part of Wells Fargo policies
- Licensing and ongoing compliance with FINRA and state insurance requirements
