Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker drives affluent client relationships through proactive outreach, discovery-driven conversations, and delivery of multi-product banking solutions across deposits, lending, and investments. The role partners with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to provide tailored guidance, assists clients with everyday banking needs, and leads a defined book of business while ensuring risk controls and regulatory compliance. Responsible for relationship development, onboarding, and ongoing reviews, with a focus on trust, clarity, and a holistic financial strategy. Requires FINRA licensing and a state insurance license with licensing activity anticipated; location in Fort Worth, TX.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- Successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
- Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays
