Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker responsible for proactively acquiring and deepening affluent client relationships through strategic outreach, discovery conversations, and pre-planned appointments. Deliver tailored banking and credit strategies across deposits, lending, and investments as the primary financial partner, and provide ongoing reviews across life stages to meet evolving financial needs. Partner with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to deliver integrated, multi-product solutions, guide customers through digital adoption, and ensure a high-quality client experience. Maintain strong risk practices with accurate documentation and adherence to policies, while coordinating with internal partners to convert opportunities into closed outcomes. Requires FINRA licenses (Series 6/63, SIE) and State Insurance licenses; flexible to a schedule that includes most Saturdays; location: Sterling, VA. This is a licensed position with progression to the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role upon licensing completion.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
