Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker to proactively acquire affluent customers and deepen relationships by delivering comprehensive, multi-product banking guidance across deposits, lending, and investments. You will own a defined book of business, lead discovery-driven conversations to understand client goals, and translate them into tailored financial strategies. Collaborate with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners to coordinate integrated solutions, drive retention and growth, and elevate client satisfaction through ongoing reviews, risk oversight, and adherence to policies. The role requires licensing commitments (FINRA Series 6 & 63, state insurance where applicable) and a path to SAFE registration, with a schedule that includes Saturdays. You will champion digital adoption and help clients utilize self-service and mobile banking options while maintaining strong risk controls and compliant, high-touch client service across a broad suite of financial products.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
- SAFE registration or license pending/required at time of employment
