Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker in Gainesville leads proactive outreach to acquire affluent clients and deepen relationships, delivering comprehensive multi-product guidance across deposits, lending, and investments. Role requires discovery-driven conversations to translate customer goals into tailored financial strategies, partnering with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to ensure holistic solutions, and driving retention and growth through proactive engagement and referrals. Responsibilities include managing a defined book of business, advising on life-stage financial needs, coordinating with internal partners, promoting digital adoption, and maintaining risk and regulatory compliance through accurate documentation and escalation when needed. The LP path requires meeting licensing requirements (FINRA 6/63, SIE, and state insurance licenses) with potential progression to the SAFE-licensed Senior Banker role; candidates should be prepared for a schedule including Saturdays and ongoing licensing processes.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or equivalents)
- State Insurance license(s)
- Securities and Investment related qualifications including SIE (as applicable)
