Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker at Wells Fargo provides holistic, multi-product financial guidance to affluent customers, managing a defined book of business and collaborating with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to deliver deposits, lending, and investments solutions. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, discovery-based conversations, risk management, comprehensive planning, and strong customer relationships, with ongoing coaching and licensing requirements leading to a licensed banker pathway. The position requires active FINRA licenses and state insurance licensing, with long-term growth through cross-functional partnerships and digital adoption to enhance self-service and mobile banking usage.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
- Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays
