Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker at Wells Fargo responsible for proactively acquiring affluent customers and deepening relationships through strategic outreach and pre-planned appointments. Lead discovery-driven conversations to tailor banking and credit strategies that strengthen deposits, lending, and investments, and deliver multi-product guidance across Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking. Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate introductions, set expectations, and convert qualified opportunities into outcomes while championing digital adoption and self-service. Maintain risk excellence through accurate documentation, adherence to policies, and timely issue escalation. Requires active FINRA licenses (Series 6/63, and SIE where applicable) and state insurance licenses, with eligibility for SAFE registration, and ability to work a schedule including most Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or equivalents)
- SIE exam (as applicable)
- State Insurance license(s)
- FINRA licenses must be active or completed within designated timeframe
- SAFE registration is required at the time of employment
- Credit report review may occur
- Criminal background standards compliance
