Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role focused on proactively acquiring new affluent customers and deepening relationships through strategic outreach, discovery-driven conversations, and tailored multi-product guidance across deposits, lending, and investments. Primary financial partner delivering holistic banking solutions with cross-team collaboration across Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking; emphasizes risk oversight, documentation quality, and regulatory compliance. Role includes licensing pathway with FINRA and state insurance qualifications; this is a temporary LP position transitioning to SAFE role upon licensing completion, with potential program participation if not yet fully licensed. Strong relationship management, advisory capabilities, and ability to educate customers on digital self-service options are key responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
- Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays
