Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) to grow and manage relationships with affluent customers, delivering comprehensive banking guidance across deposits, investments, credit, home lending, and business banking. Lead discovery conversations to understand customer goals, acquire and deepen relationships through strategic outreach, and coordinate with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to deliver multi-product solutions. Provide ongoing reviews across life stages, champion digital adoption for self-service and mobile banking, and maintain risk and regulatory compliance through accurate documentation and timely escalation. This role requires FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (and applicable SIE), state Insurance licenses, and SAFE registration; it is designed as a temporary LP role until licensing is completed, with transition to the full SAFE role upon qualification. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- Successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
- SIE exam requirement for certain states (as applicable)
- SAFE registration (required at time of employment and after start)
- Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
