Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker delivers multi-product banking guidance to affluent customers, grows and manages a defined book of business, leads discovery-driven conversations to translate goals into comprehensive financial strategies, and partners with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to deliver integrated solutions while ensuring risk and regulatory adherence. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, client relationship management, and: opening accounts, servicing requests, and providing a seamless banking experience; supporting digital adoption and mobile options; and achieving growth across deposits, lending, and investments.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or equivalents)
- SIE exam if applicable for certain states
- State Insurance license(s)
