Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker at Wells Fargo drives growth and deepens relationships with affluent customers and those with complex financial needs. This role serves as the primary contact for banking products and services through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach, delivering tailored banking and credit strategies across deposits, lending, and investments. You will own and grow a defined book of business, collaborate with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners to provide integrated solutions, and guide customers through life-stage financial planning while ensuring risk and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes proactive relationship management, intent-based discovery, and transforming goals into comprehensive financial plans, with responsibilities including onboarding customers, handling service requests, and leveraging digital tools to enhance self-service and satisfaction. Licensing requirements include FINRA Series 6 and 63 (and SIE where applicable) and state insurance licenses, with a path to transition to the licensed Premier Banker role upon licensing success; candidates should be prepared to work Saturdays and participate in ongoing risk and compliance activities.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s) active or completed within designated timeframe
- SIE exam may be required for certain jurisdictions
- Knowledge of deposits, lending, and investment products and multi-product guidance
