Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker at Wells Fargo focuses on proactively acquiring new affluent customers and deepening relationships through strategic outreach, referrals, and pre-planned appointments. The role delivers tailored banking and credit strategies that span deposits, lending, and investments, serving as the primary financial partner for clients across wealth, home lending, and business banking. It requires coordinating with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to provide integrated, multi‐product guidance, maintaining rigorous risk and regulatory standards, and leveraging digital tools to enhance customer self-service and engagement. Licensing and regulatory requirements (FINRA licenses, state insurance licenses, and SAFE registration) are prerequisites, with a licensing pathway described for progression from LP to fully licensed banker.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience (or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education)
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
- Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays
- SIE exam for FINRA qualification if earned after Sept. 30, 2018
- Depending on state, Series 65 examination within a specified period (for certain states)
