Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role focused on affluent customers, delivering holistic, multi-product financial guidance across deposits, investments, lending, and home/business banking. Responsibilities include proactively acquiring new affluent customers, deepening relationships through discovery and tailored banking/credit strategies, delivering ongoing reviews across life stages, coordinating with Wealth/Home Lending/Business Banking teams, driving digital adoption, and ensuring risk and regulatory compliance. Requires licensing (FINRA Series 6/63, SIE when applicable, and State Insurance license) with license-issuance processes and ongoing compliance; role includes working on Saturdays and potential temporary LP status before licensing completion.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
- SIE exam (for FINRA qualification exams earned after Sept. 30, 2018) may be required
- Active FINRA licenses must be maintained; licensing requirements may change based on state regulations
- SAFE registration is required at the time of employment and licensing process will be initiated after start date
- Credit report may be reviewed; adherence to policies and risk requirements
