Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker at Wells Fargo responsible for proactively acquiring new affluent consumer and business customers while deepening existing relationships through strategic outreach, referrals, and pre-planned appointments. Leads discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and delivers tailored banking and credit strategies that strengthen relationships and drive growth across deposits, lending, and investments. Serves as the primary financial partner delivering comprehensive, multi-product guidance and ongoing reviews, coordinating with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to deliver integrated solutions. Demonstrates risk excellence through accurate documentation, adherence to policies, and timely escalation, while supporting licensing and regulatory requirements. This role is temporary until licensing and SAFE registration are completed, with potential transition to the licensed banker role; FINRA licenses (Series 6/63, SIE where applicable) and state insurance licenses are required, and weekend availability is specified.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or equivalents)
- State Insurance license(s)
- SIE exam (for post-2018 qualifications)
- FINRA licensing requirements completed within designated timeframes
- Securities licensing/FINRA registration
- Licensing and regulatory compliance in financial services
