Job Summary
Senior Branch Premier Banker SAFE at Wells Fargo supports affluent consumer and small business clients as part of Branch Banking. Involves licensing program participation when not fully licensed, proactive outreach to deepen client relationships across banking, credit, mortgage, and investment services, and collaboration with Business Banking Advisory Services, Mortgage, and Wealth & Investment Management to align financial options with clients' goals. Responsibilities include reviewing and resolving moderately complex customer concerns, identifying client needs and goals, managing risks and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and Wells Fargo policies, building and maintaining relationships with branch colleagues and clients, and providing guidance to other branch staff. The role requires ongoing regulatory licensing, adherence to SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act requirements, and completion of FINRA licensing where applicable; it also involves educating clients on self-service digital banking options and guiding them through various financial services products while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or recognized equivalents) to qualify for immediate registration
- State Insurance license(s)
- Current licensing requirements and registrations per state where hired (as applicable) and ongoing regulatory requirements
