Job Summary
Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams to improve construction planning information development, analysis, visualization, and communication. Prepare project estimates, identify workflow improvement opportunities, and develop digital workflow solutions. Create interactive, client-facing project dashboards, enhance estimate presentation materials and methods, and evaluate emerging technologies that improve estimating efficiency. This role combines expertise in construction estimating, data visualization, digital tools, and emerging AI technologies to create innovative solutions that enhance client-facing deliverables. You will work hands-on with estimating teams to streamline processes and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years full time relevant industry experience
- 1+ year demonstrated experience with commercial construction estimating and estimating software applications
- Geometry - proficiency in measures of length, area and volume calculations
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Word, and Powerpoint
- Bachelor's Degree – Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent/applicable degree or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience
