Job Summary
Conduct site visits to gather intelligence and assess logistical constraints for high-profile projects. Develop outline-level schedules, logistics plans, and detailed means & methods plans while leading risk identification and mitigation strategies. Create preconstruction narratives, collaborate on marketing materials, and participate in client interview presentations. Attend coordination meetings to monitor design evolution and integrate updates into project requirements studies. Lead hand-off meetings to ensure full alignment between planning and execution and deliver a clear, safety-conscious project roadmap to operations. Supports 200 proposals annually across $50M-$300M projects, partnering with estimating, marketing, and senior leadership to craft integrated work plans.
Required Qualifications
- 20+ years of construction management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and work experience
- Experience leading construction management teams in the preconstruction phase of projects on $50m-$300m projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Proficiency in Bluebeam
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Procore Management
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Revit
- Working knowledge of Naviswork
- Experience with CMP and NFPA 241 planning
- Experience with developing General Condition and Project Requirement studies
- Experience developing master schedules including front-end design and procurement requirements
- Proven ability to lead complex projects from preconstruction through execution
