Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Economics, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Preconstruction Manager, Construction Estimator, Project Manager, or similar in construction
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and statistical software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
