Senior Preconstruction Manager / Technische Akquise (m/w/d)

Senior Preconstruction Manager acts as the bridge between client and project, translating client requirements into technically clean, economically viable, and sales-convincing concepts based on our Holz Hybrid construction system; responsibilities include holistic client advisory for turnkey multi-story residential projects from first qualified inquiry to contract signing, managing the entire bid process including client communications, workshops, and technical clarifications; developing technically and commercially persuasive offers, coordinating interfaces across architecture, planning, procurement, production, finance, and legal; shaping, negotiating, and finalizing construction contracts under BGB and VOB; maintaining and expanding existing client relationships in turnkey residential construction with Key Account Management; contributing to process development of sales workflows. Requirements include at least 5 years in a comparable role (e.g., technical acquisition, bid leadership, preconstruction, sales engineering in high-rise housing), experience in turnkey high-rise construction (GU/GÜ), strong communication, customer orientation, persuasiveness, entrepreneurial mindset, confident demeanor in negotiations; no prior Holz- or Holz-Hybrid Bau experience required as training will be provided.
