Job Summary
A Senior Preconstruction Manager will lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring the delivery of exceptional preconstruction services including feasibility studies, budget estimates, and value engineering. The role involves overseeing team members, preparing and analyzing pricing proposals, managing stakeholder relationships, and coaching team members. They will embody leadership qualities and align with The HITT Way.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of related commercial construction work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field
- Experience as lead preconstruction manager on several projects
- Experience in supervising and developing others
Desired Qualifications
- Software proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Proficiency in On Screen Take-off (OST)
- Knowledge of Adobe products, including Bluebeam
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of building systems, construction drawings, building codes, and LEED requirements
- Experience with project scheduling (P6)
