Job Summary
Lead preconstruction efforts for complex projects in healthcare, higher education, and senior living sectors by managing conceptual estimating and defining project scopes. Collaborate with estimating teams, project managers, and clients to establish schedules, review plans for risks, and coordinate with subcontractors to evaluate bids. Provide strategic input to optimize project delivery and profitability while maintaining alignment with client expectations and goals. Requires 7+ years of experience in preconstruction management with a focus on conceptual estimating and proficiency in estimating software. Competitive salary of $125K–$150K base, plus health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in preconstruction management

- Proven experience managing preconstruction efforts for large, complex projects in the healthcare, higher education, or senior living sectors
- Strong knowledge of conceptual estimating, cost modeling, and project budgeting
- Experience working with project teams to review project designs, scopes, and budgets to ensure optimal project delivery
- Ability to develop accurate, high-level estimates based on initial design concepts and client requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Proficiency in preconstruction and estimating software tools
Desired Qualifications
