SENIOR PRECONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Manage Preconstruction Coordinator, Assistant Estimator, Preconstruction Engineer, Estimator, and Senior Estimator roles while actively monitoring all team projects and resources. Establish checks on in-process estimations, identify key scopes, and build specific qualifications by coordinating with Project Executives and Field Operations. Coordinate with internal departments and external customers to provide a complete package to the Owner, attend preconstruction meetings, and monitor minutes for accuracy. Own tasks between bids, including value management, systems studies, and progress plan reviews, while performing buyouts in conjunction with the Project Manager. Reconcile sheets and ensure subcontractors are adequately scoped through schematic and conceptual estimates.
