Job Summary
Senior Customer Engineer for Enterprise accounts (remote, East Coast focus) responsible for leading pre- and post-sales technical motions, including tailored demos, requirements gathering, complex deployments, onboarding, adoption, and expansion. You’ll partner with Account Directors, drive technical strategy across multi-phase deployments, escalate complex technical challenges, and build reusable playbooks and workflows to elevate the broader Customer Engineering team. The role emphasizes AI-enabled efficiency, stakeholder management at the executive level, and delivering measurable business outcomes such as retention, ROI, and value realization across strategic accounts.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Customer Engineering, implementation, professional services, or solutions architecture.
