Job Summary
The Senior Pre-Construction Estimator will lead the preconstruction cost estimating for large-scale land development projects, preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project documents, and assessing pricing in various markets. This role involves collaboration with project management teams and requires exceptional leadership and advanced analytical skills. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of experience in preconstruction estimating or construction management, and proficiency in relevant estimating software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., ProEst)
- Advanced proficiency in construction documents
- Seven or more years of experience in preconstruction estimating or construction management
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of data center mechanical and electrical topologies
- Ten or more years of experience in preconstruction estimating or construction management
- Prior experience in a leadership or management role
- Experience with large infrastructure projects
