Job Summary
Lead high-quality practice in Adult Social Care as an experienced Senior Practitioner Occupational Therapist, supervise staff and support appraisals, conduct assessments and formulate support plans, ensure safeguarding adherence, contribute to service and policy development, and promote partnership working. Role requires experience in adult social care, post-qualification practice, and strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills, with hybrid home-based work and regular visits to Birmingham area.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant Occupational Therapy qualifications
- Experience in adult social care
- Manual handling experience
- 1 year post qualification
- Immediate availability
- Strong assessment and review skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
