Job Summary

Manage behavioral health billing and full revenue-cycle operations by tracking aging claims, resolving denials, and reconciling insurance payments. Lead credentialing and payer enrollment while identifying billing discrepancies and revenue leakage. Follow up on difficult accounts through multiple calls to ensure accurate patient balances and collection. Maintain organized EHR workflows and accurate billing records while interacting directly with clients and staff. This part-time role (20-25 hours/week) requires a proactive, detail-oriented administrator who owns outcomes rather than simply processing queues. Pathways for Change, Children's Counseling Center seeks an experienced professional to drive excellence in practice operations.
