Job Summary
Prepare and review statutory accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships while managing corporation tax returns and personal tax compliance. Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing practical and commercial advice, and review work prepared by junior members to offer support and mentoring. Assist with management accounts and bookkeeping assignments as required, and support managers and partners with advisory projects and business development activities. Liaise directly with clients and utilize cloud accounting software including Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage. Required Qualifications
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience
- At least 4 years' experience working within an accountancy practice environment
- Strong experience preparing statutory accounts and tax returns
- Confidence managing client relationships independently
- Experience reviewing junior staff work or mentoring colleagues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using cloud accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks and Sage
