Senior PR & Corporate Communications Manager DACH (m/w/d)

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end PR and corporate communications strategy for the DACH region; develop narratives around the business model, sustainability, and growth; drive product launches and campaigns; ensure broad coverage in consumer and corporate/business media; manage media relations and build a strong network of journalists, influencers, and industry experts in the DACH region and key international markets; oversee agency partnerships to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with KoRo's tone of voice; coordinate with management, product, sustainability, and marketing teams to translate internal milestones into compelling external narratives and ensure cross-departmental consistency; manage LinkedIn presence and thought leadership content, act as the first point of contact for media inquiries, and stay poised and proactive in crisis/reputation scenarios.
Required Qualifications
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in PR, Unternehmenskommunikation oder Markenkommunikation
- Starkes, etabliertes Netzwerk in der deutschen (idealerweise auch europäischen) Medienlandschaft
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von B2C-Storytelling sowie Corporate- und Finanzkommunikation
- Hervorragende Schreib- und Storytelling-Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Erfahrung in der Betreuung oder maßgeblichen Mitgestaltung von LinkedIn- und/oder Corporate-Social-Media-Strategien
- Strategisches Denkvermögen kombiniert mit einer hands-on, umsetzungsstarken Arbeitsweise
- Souveränes Auftreten und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und Senior Stakeholdern
- Wohnsitz in Berlin oder Umfeld bzw. Bereitschaft zum Umzug
