Job Summary
Develop redactional concepts and content strategies for CEOs and executives, while accompanying leadership on LinkedIn positioning and social media presence. Conduct editorial interviews with senior figures to translate their thoughts into authentic texts, then write high-quality content across channels including posts, newsletters, guest articles, interviews, and press materials. Adapt journalistic styles, tone, and dramaturgy to specific audiences and platforms, ensuring the highest linguistic and editorial standards for all publications. Integrate AI tools into the editorial workflow and continuously optimize existing processes.
Required Qualifications
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 3 Jahre) in einer PR-Agentur, Redaktion oder bei einer Zeitung
- abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, beispielsweise in Journalismus, Kommunikations-, Medien-, Geistes- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften, oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
- eigenständig, verbindlich und sorgfältig
- souverän gegenüber Vorständen und Geschäftsführungen
