Job Summary
Senior PPC Specialist responsible for end-to-end Google-channel growth across Tier-1 markets (USA, UK, Australia). Build and optimize campaigns across Search, GDN, PMax and Display, develop data-driven strategies, and translate insights into marketing decisions. Create analytics reports with actionable next steps, collaborate with the product team to analyze user behavior from various traffic sources, generate and test hypotheses for new growth approaches, and help form and scale the marketing organization as the channel expands. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as PPC Specialist with a clear focus on Google Search, PMax, DemandGen and Display.
- Proven results in scaling campaigns on Tier-1 markets (USA, UK, Australia).
- Deep analytics work experience: Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau or Google Ads.
- Experience optimizing CPL, CAC, LTV, ROMI/ROAS.
- English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
