Job Summary
Senior Power Platform Engineer II sought to join Dynamics 365 team as a cross-domain engineer. Lead and design Microsoft-based solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Office365 with backend development using PowerShell and strong database knowledge. Responsibilities include leading development activities, mentoring developers, pre-sales activities, solution design, proposal writing, project estimation, researching emerging Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, Power Apps, Dynamics365 for Sales, and broader MS productivity tools), delivering customer-focused solutions, Agile practices, and building scalable, secure, and reusable services. Requires extensive experience across D365 for Sales, Microsoft CRM, Power Automate, Power Apps, HTML/JS/CSS, and Microsoft tooling; Bachelor’s degree and active Dynamics 365/CRM certifications expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or IT related discipline
- Active certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM
- Implementation of third-party plug-ins such as: Inogic tools, Scribe, SmartConnect, CRM Workflow, Microsoft Flow, or KingswaySoft
- 10+ years’ experience assigning security roles, building customizations and configuration in D365 for Sales
- 10+ years’ experience working in Microsoft CRM on prem environments, minimally Microsoft CRM 2015
- 5+ years’ experience defining complex workflow requirements to be built in Power Automate
- 5+ years’ experience building complex Canvas-based Power Apps and supporting Power Automate Flows
- 10+ years’ experience delivering up to Tier II support
- 10+ years’ experience leading the technical aspect of D365 implementation projects
- 10+ years’ experience leading technical Microsoft CRM/D365 upgrade projects
- 10+ years’ experience integrating third party tools into D365
- 10+ years of HTML, JavaScript, CSS experience
- 5+ years of PowerShell script development
