Job Summary
Senior Power Platform Engineer II responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft business application solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365. Partners with client stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable designs, leads hands-on development and architecture across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and related technologies, provides technical leadership, mentors consultants, and evaluates emerging technologies including Copilot/AI-enabled capabilities to drive business value. Engages in presales, solution design, agile delivery, and ongoing delivery governance to ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable outcomes. Maintains strong client relationships, communicates strategy and status to executives, and stays current with Microsoft platform advancements.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years designing and delivering Microsoft business application solutions using Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365
- Strong experience with model-driven Power Apps and Dataverse (tables, relationships, data modeling)
- Experience across one or more areas: Canvas Apps (Power Fx, data connections, components, performance), Power Pages (configuration, security, customization), or Dynamics 365 apps (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, Contact Center)
- Proven ability to gather requirements, contribute to solution design, estimate effort, and lead technical workstreams using Agile practices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Required Microsoft Certifications (active or ability to obtain within an approved onboarding period): PL-400 –Power Platform Developer Associate, PL-901 –Power Platform Fundamentals, or equivalent demonstrated foundational knowledge
