Job Summary
Senior Power Platform Developer to provide technical leadership for enterprise Power Platform initiatives supporting the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). Lead design, development, integration, and modernization of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SQL databases, Azure, and enterprise apps. Develop governance standards, architecture, and best practices; build executive dashboards and analytics; support cloud migrations and digital transformation; ensure security/compliance (RMF, STIG, Section 508, DoD policies); mentor teams; collaborate with stakeholders; participate in Agile activities (sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, deployment, release management); produce technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent
- 2-4 years of traditional application development experience (full-stack, back-end, front-end)
- 5–7 years of experience developing and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 / DoD365, SQL Server
- API development and integration
- Experience designing enterprise automation, workflow, and reporting solutions
- Experience supporting cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, governance, and compliance requirements within Microsoft cloud environments
- Active Secret clearance
