Job Summary
Drive Microsoft Power Platform implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy. Deliver services using PowerApps, Power Pages, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, and custom development while automating business processes with Model Driven Apps and Canvas Apps. Refine implementation standards and tools in close collaboration with the development and QA team, participating in Agile ceremonies such as daily scrums and sprint retrospectives. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for system architecture, solution design, and security management, helping create design documentation and resolving production support issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Power Platform updates and future roadmap features.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of THREE (3) years of professional experience
- Must have a bachelor's degree (4yr college degree)
- Must be able to commute to client site as needed
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- US Citizenship is contractually required for this role
- Knowledge and experience with writing technical requirements, test scripts, and knowledge of software programming languages and technologies
- Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to technical and nontechnical users
- Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments

- Experience with and a good understanding of the Power Platform CoE and governance components
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in "Big 4" or equivalent established consulting firm and/or Microsoft Gold partner highly desired
- BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Experience with public sector clients preferred
- Experience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology
